Manpower Management Centre (MMC) is a non-profit research organisation set up as a Trust in 1987. MMC is powered by the belief that rigorous research should inform debates, discussion and decisions on matters of public policy. In the 34 years of our journey we have worked with over 90 partners; including Government, PSUs and corporates. We are proud that our research has enabled informed policy and improved developmental interventions. We have delivered over 50 reports (research, survey reports, impact assessment studies, database publications) across different sectors including Youth, Women & Child Development, Mining, Science & Technology, Education, Health etc.

We organise our research along four pillars: fostering an innovation; using technology for developmental objectives; enhancing India’s human capital; and measuring the efficacy of programmes.
