Manpower Management Centre (MMC) is a non-profit research organisation set up as a Trust in 1987. MMC is powered by the belief that rigorous research should inform debates, discussion and decisions on matters of public policy. In the 34 years of our journey we have worked with over 90 partners; including governments, PSUs and corporates. We are proud that our research has informed policy and improved developmental interventions. We have delivered over 50 publications and research/survey reports across different sectors including Youth, Women & Child Development, Science & Technology, Education, Health etc.

What we do

We organise our research along four pillars: fostering an innovation; using technology for developmental objectives; enhancing India’s human capital; and measuring the efficacy of programmes.

The philosophy undergirding all our work is that societies progress by investing in their citizens. At this critical juncture in India’s development story this is ever more important. Through our research we aim to contribute to this goal.
